You should purge all the volumes before you delete them.

Oops... I had assumed Bacula would do this for me, and
that belief was further enforced by the fact that
non-purged volumes take *much* longer to delete than
purged volumes.  I have done this on a lot of tapes.
Is there something I should do to clean up the database?
