Most probably, yes.
It's a two-step process at this stage:
First, you need the files in the catalog, otherwise you can't select
them for restore.
Verify the files are in the catalog or not by using the supplied
queries. If they are not in the catalog, you can use bls to search
through your available volumes, and bscan to load the metadata from a
volume into the catalog.
Second, the restore process itself.
That's rather simple: Start a restore process using the command line.
Select jobs the usual way, select the files to restore, and after you've
done that, in the following menu, you can choose the client. This might
seem identical to the client selection at the beginning of the resore
process, but this time, you select the client where the data shall be
restored to - just what you need, I think.
