/usr/sbin/bconsole is your binary.

Looks like some kind of big error going on.  Try starting it 
manually:

/usr/sbin/bacula-dir -u bacula -g bacula -v -c /etc/bacula/bacula-
dir.conf

If necessary, add a -f (I think) to make it stay in the foreground.
