Using the code in CVS it is possible to encrypt data at the FD, prior to
being sent to the Storage Daemon. The data will be written,
pre-encrypted, to the tape/HDD/CD/DVD. There's no encryption support in
the SD itself yet, though.

This FD encryption will be (as far as I know) in the next release. I
don't know if I'll have time to implement SD encryption before the next
release.
