It looks like you're trying to restore files backed up
from a Windows client to the same Windows client. But
you'll  need to modify the

Where

parameter, because it points to a directory that
doesn't exist at the client side. Create a

C:\tmp

folder and tell Bacula to restore files to

C:/tmp

and all should be fine. I've run into this issue
