I do the same but seperate things a lot more I have the following:

bacula-dir-clients-linux.conf
bacula-dir-filesets-linux.conf
bacula-dir-jobdefs.conf
bacula-dir-schedules.conf
bacula-dir-clients-win.conf
bacula-dir-filesets-win.conf
bacula-dir-jobs.conf
bacula-dir-storage.conf
bacula-dir-clients.conf
bacula-dir-filesets.conf
bacula-dir-pools.conf
bacula-dir.conf


I too thought this may cause some probems when I started organizing
things but I have not had a single problem with it and I have
basically had this config for 3 to 6 months.
