These are SCSI errors and it's unlikely that anything you do to / with
Bacula can fix it.

I suppose you'll find that the errors persist.

Has a kernel update happened between the time everything worked and now?
If it's not a SCSI driver related problem I can only suggest to try
different SCSI hardware - start with cables and terminator, try another
tape drive and HBA, and so on...
