Hello all,
I am having problems with Bacula v2.0.3 on a Solaris 9 and a Qualstar
8236 LTO-2 Tape library. Before I upgraded to 2.0.x I was running
1.38.11 without a problems.
Today I had three jobs fail because bacula could not find any appendable
media. Here is the first job to fail:

The volume from slot 7 is actually Daily02-0002 ( not I don't have a
label reader on this library) Which according to bacula is in append
mode:

This volume was used for the catalog backup job.
What could be the problem with bacula not being able to identify the
volume correctly and having three jobs fail?
