That's just sweet.  Very nice job.  I don't have a an immediate use for 
what you've done, but I appreciate how it opens the door for anyone to 
build a dynamic bacula configuration GUI/frontend.

I can't speak to the quality of the code, being a non-developer, but the 
described simplicity of the patch and it's global impact just seems 
elegant to me.
