OK, so try -d200 instead of -d50. You could also try adding -f -d200 to the director's command line to see what it is trying to connect to. Also, you said that you could telnet to port 9102 on the remote fd, so does that trigger any debug output? > This leads me to believe that the somehow the firewall/ipnat is not > redirecting the ports like it should be.
