u need in bacula-sd.conf some like

  SDAddresses = {
                        ip = { addr = 192.168.1.20; port = 9103;}
                        ip = { addr = 192.168.2.20; port = 9103;}
}

and the same for DIRAddresses in bacula-dir.conf

it works
