Hello,

Well, it looks like you turned off the code that prints out the result.  Here 
it works fine for me.  The code you want enabled is OUTPUT_BASE64.  As you 
mentioned, it is probable that the calling sequence has changed, and I think 
you can just remove the last argument to bin_to_base64() or download the 
current SVN and build it there.
