I found the problem (after opening a bug). The client with the different checksums is an i386 machine, the one without differnt checksums is amd64 like the bacula-dir. As test I compiled bacula-fd on my desktop machine (i386) and got no errors. Next I checked the bacula-fd version on the first i386 machine. It was 1.38.5. After installing 2.0.3 on this machine I get no different checksums anymore. So backing up a 1.38.5 client with an 2.0.3 dir works, but the checksums are different.
