I think you do not really want every 4 weeks but once a month. Take a
look at the examples on
http://bacula.org/rel-manual/Configuring_Director.html#SECTION001450000000000000000
where you find
Schedule {
Name = "MonthlyCycle"
Run = Level=Full Pool=Monthly 1st sun at 1:05
^^^^^^^
Run = Level=Differential 2nd-5th sun at 1:05
Run = Level=Incremental Pool=Daily mon-sat at 1:05
}
