Hi list, I'm just wondering what would happen if Bacula wants to write a backup on a full tape or is waiting for a new tape? Will the backup completely stop or will it somehow get spooled?
I'm just asking because I want to know if I can delay the change of a tape for a few days or so while Bacula still makes backup (spooling them or writing them to a temporary location and then writing them back to tape when I insert a new tape). Or can I change a tape before it is full so I can be sure it needn't to be changed the next few days?
