This is not your primary problem. It occurs later.

This can be fixed by using the "update volume" command in bconsole.  
Set the size in the Catalog to the value given by the Volume.

Bacula cannot use the the database properly.  Ensure your permisisons 
are correct.  Look for the scripot grant_bacula_privileges and use 
that.
