Heavens no, Chris! I refer to Bacula as the system to restart.
My apologies to the list if the requested information is in the manual and I didn't find it. I've had a rough time implementing this system per my manager's requirements. I'm use to working with Apache (amoung other systems) that recognizes "include <file-path/-name>" in the configuration file. Reloading the system is generally done from the command prompt.
