Yep, looks like that's the problem: http://bacula.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/bacula/tags/Beta-2.5.16/bacula/src/win32/filed/ When I read the Changelog for 2.5.16, and the referenced 'New Features' page, I incorrectly assumed that everything mentioned there was in the release. As a result, my Freshmeat writeup mentions the Exchange plugin, which isn't in there. My mistake.
