I don't know if it is relevant, but the MTU for lo0 on Solaris is 8232 by default. perhaps Bacula can't handle it? I wouldn't use "localhost" anyway -- I prefer to use globally unique names to keep things clear. there should be no perceivable difference in performance. -- regards, | Redpill _ Kjetil T.
