I am running into problems with multi-volume DVD backups with Bacula. I have
an external USB 2.0 DVD writer which seems to work fine standalone; however,
when I attempt to carry out a backup via Bacula it fails randomly with Input
/ Output errors.
I have attempted backups several times with several different DVD media. I
can confirm that it fails every time on the first volume. It writes between
1 and 5 parts before dieing with an Input / Output error. I all cases it is
caused by growisofs.
Any ideas?
