You might want to check the release notes, especially the bit about the catalog format changes: http://sourceforge.net/project/shownotes.php?group_id=50727&release_id=679402 Other than SQL schema changes, there's rarely something you have to modify, but watch out and double check your config files anyway, and of course monitor Bacula more closely after the upgrade.
