Trying to install Bacula 3.0.3 on a freshly installed openSUSE 11.2
64bit system from the RPM file
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/project/bacula/rpms-contrib-psheaffer/3.0.3/bacula-sqlite-3.0.3-1.su111.x86_64.rpm
produced the errors:

Hmm, doesn't look like you have an existing database.
Creating SQLite database...
/usr/lib64/bacula/create_sqlite3_database: Zeile 10:
/usr/lib/bacula/sqlite/sqlite3: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
chown: Zugriff auf „/var/lib/bacula/bacula.db“ nicht möglich: Datei oder
Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
Creating the SQLite tables...
/usr/lib64/bacula/make_sqlite3_tables: Zeile 10:
/usr/lib/bacula/sqlite/sqlite3: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden
chmod: Zugriff auf „bacula.db“ nicht möglich: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht
gefunden

Turns out several of the scripts installed in /usr/lib64/bacula contain
the hardcoded path /usr/lib/bacula which doesn't exist:

t...@xenon:/usr/lib64/bacula> fgrep -e /usr/lib/bacula *
create_sqlite3_database:bindir=/usr/lib/bacula/sqlite
make_catalog_backup: echo ".dump" | /usr/lib/bacula/sqlite/sqlite $1.db >$1.sql
make_catalog_backup: echo ".dump" | /usr/lib/bacula/sqlite/sqlite3 $1.db
>$1.sql
make_sqlite3_tables:bindir=/usr/lib/bacula/sqlite
update_sqlite3_tables:bindir=/usr/lib/bacula/sqlite

Whom should I report this to?
