Hi, I just mailed about this problem a couple of days ago.
It's probably due to a configuration problem with mail server, causing a deadlock in the director when it tries to send an e-mail. It seems this will be corrected in the next release. Possible workaround are to configure a valid mail server or disable e-mail sending. I also wrote a temporary patch that works for me but was not tested on solaris. Regards, Renaud.
