You just upgraded Bacula, but did not upgrade the database, and Ubuntu
didn't do it for you.  You'll need to find the db upgrade scripts;
unfortunately I can't tell you where Ubuntu put them.  (I hope it at
least installed them.)  You'll need to run first the v10-to-v11 update
script, then the v11-to-v12 script.  If Ubuntu didn't install them, you
should be able to get them from Sourceforge.
