This is the 2nd time these tapes have been written too since being new. So, 
there is a possibility one or two of them may have slipped through the cracks 
and didn't get written to.  

How do I find out which tape/s were affected?

Have you inserted new tapes lately? You will get this error for every never 
written tape. The reason is the tape drive prevents you from reading past where 
it has written and on never written tapes there is nothing on the tape. Since 
bacula first reads a tape to identify it you will get this error each time you 
insert a never written tape and bacula looks at it.
