I did not notice that the download existed for this because the CurrentFiles link does not contain this. Anyways I just tested this on my windows 7 box at work and I know the problem. It is a bad build. And what I mean by that for some reason the bacula-tray-monitor.exe is a debug build when it should be a release build. The project supplies the dlls for the release build but not for the debug build.
