Despite thirty years of serendipitous controlled-study in Eastern
Indiana showing that the opposite is true.  Not to mention the
twice-yearly disruption to everyone's schedules, and the twice-yearly
spike in traffic and traffic-vs-pedestrian accidents right after each
clock change.
