As a closing remark, whenever a file or folder is created by/as SYSTEM user on Windows (which is Bacula's scenario) the default is that you can't see them. In your case, that was the problem with the folder: SYSTEM ownership. If you run into this again, you can manually view SYSTEM folders going into folder options, and then using the Advanced tab, search for "hide protected operating system files" and uncheck it.
