Hello Egoitz,

I think you can just create different bacula console acl profile with the
respectives catalogs permissions. It take some work but the user won't be
able to access the other db:
http://www.bacula.org/5.0.x-manuals/en/main/main/Console_Configuration.html#SECTION002320000000000000000
Other way is to put something like:
echo "use catalog-xpto" | bconsole
...at the end of the script that starts bconsole.
