I like to install from scratch on Ubuntu Server and try to use the correct paths, users, permissions, and anything related, etc. by researching the web. I think I'm getting the hang of it. But I've also installed from the Ubuntu repos, which was version 5.2.6 last I checked. Can anyone create and submit a package, or is it done through official channels?
