Hi Kern, thanks for your answer. I had my versioning wrong, actually it's 7.4.0 both on the server and on the client (latest community release). I'm wondering why full "accurate" backups work fine while incrementals die in the manner described above... i've turned off "accurate" for now and the last incremental went through fine. The client machine has 16GB with 64GB on the director.
