Remove your bacula mysql database, remove all bacula packages and install a
proper one:

bacula-director-mysql/stable 7.4.4+dfsg-6 amd64
  network backup service - MySQL storage for Director

and other required on your server (client, sd). Then you'll be prompted to
configure mysql database, if not setup it manually.
