for me the following addition to the command does it:
yum install bacula-postgresql --exclude=bacula-mysql --exclude=mariadb

Error Summary
-------------
Would someone know a solution? I'm familiar with .deb packages, but not
with .rpm, so I don't know how to remove this seemingly erroneous
dependency on mysql/mariadb.
