Thank you all for your response to my question. So, it looks like there is no easy way one can set-up bacula to backup simultaneously to the tape and to the cloud.

I’d suggest maybe to use copy jobs like this 1. Backup to tapes 2. Copy job to S3 bucket based on previous backup on tapes.
