Hi, I'm trying to get virtual full backups working. I'm running 13.0.2.
The differentials are being backed-up to a tape library in 1 location which is not usually manned, so I'm trying to get the virtual fulls to be sent to a tape library in our main location. However when the virtual full starts, it tries to mount volumes from the differential pool in the full pool library, which of course is physically impossible. I have the nextpool etc set to be remote -> local but the system seems to be unable to set the read devices to be the remote sd and the write device to be the local sd. Am I missing something? or does the read pool and the write pool need to be on the same SD? I'm pretty much stumped on this, so any pointers would be appreciated Thanks -- Mark S.
