Hi Bill,

The script takes a "smart" backup of git repos of many users, by creating git 
diffs for them.
Some of them may have huge non git local data in their work env.

Anyway, your suggestion for a split backup is a good one.

You didn't mention what your script is doing, but if it is doing something like 
I said and taking too long on a large directory tree, the best fix is to split 
this directory tree up into multiple Fileset/Jobs which backup different parts 
of the directory tree and run them concurrently.
