I don't think we've hit daylight change yet, and that shouldn't impact a
job at 04:30 anyway. ntpd is running, but shouldn't have been making
large step changes.
The gripping hand: As long as it's only an occasional missed
incremental, it's not critical, but I'd sure love to figure out what's
causing it.
