Short: yes, 2 sparse files.
I had spotted them by defining smaller includes like "projects/[a-d]*"
etc ... and letting Bacula estimate the runs.
Sure, the find-commands you posted were more effective ;-) and came to
the same result.
That seemed to be two image-files (VM-images) created by some project,
they showed as 64GB each on the filesystem, but were basically empty.
Removed them, plus defined an exclude for the relevant directory.
Now things look way better.
For sure I might also set "Sparse=yes" in that Fileset.
