Hello Marcin,

I checked my configs and I made the changes mentioned. My token validity was set to 1 minute...wondering who is doing such things :D.

I changed the value to 1h in Authentik and the session.gc_maxlifetime = 3900 in php.ini.

Unfortunately I cannot confirm, that the session length really lasts an hour...because either I checked to often or missed the session by several hours :)

...but the main problem "session gone every now and then" seems to be solved!

Thank you so much!

Regards,

Jan

I remembered Marcin Haba to mention something like "you have to
configure a few things in the reverse proxy to prevent session
timeouts"... But I can't remember what it was and searching didn't bring
alot... but I have to reauthenticate every now and then...very short
periods and it's really annoying when you configure something and boom -
start over without anything saved ;)
Hello Jan,

If you are able to successfully log in, the proxy seems to not be a
problem here.

For the sessions, the details you can find here:

https://bacularis.app/doc/authentication/identity-providers/sso-openid-connect.html#sessions

I think you meant this page.

Good luck and please let us know if you were able to fix it.

Best regards,
