Heitor, I think it would be good to reconsider how you present your product in this context. The discussion has escalated quite a bit, and it probably does not help to showcase your solution in the best way.
It is also not entirely clear why you chose to present this product here, since it does not seem to be directly related to Bacula Backup and may therefore be somewhat out of place. In addition, your long‑term role as a Bacula Systems partner, apparently selling the software successfully for years, raises questions about why you now describe it in such negative terms.
