Sorry Josh, but I believe that the spooldata parameter can be set in command
line and in the schedule. Maybe the documentation is not accurate on this point.

It doesn't seem to be documented in the "Schedule" resource
documentation [1], but it is in the "Data Spooling" documentation [2]
where it says this:
Data Spooling Directives
The following directives can be used to control data spooling.
...
