Sure: they can just say "100 years" (Will and
Testament p 20) or "700
years" (Iqan page 9). The Persian is sad (100) saal
(year). (Persian
doesn't use a plural noun in this situation). Using
another word for
'year', in the Iqan page 9, "for over a
hundred years" is sad sanah.

Similarly, there is no specific term for
"millenium"; but 'one
thousand years" (hezaar saal) is used often.

I agree that it is much clearer when we look at the persian
terms
translated as 'century' (qarn and `asr) and see how
Shoghi Effendi
translates them in other places. But not everyone can read
the script
and work out the sentences, to really follow that argument
