(Lets assume Seal does not also mean Best, because that will confuse the issue hahaha). But Muhammad is not better than Jonah. Baha'u'llah is the Sender (Mursil) of Messengers and Revealer (Munzil) of all the Heavenly Books (including Qur'an). But Baha'u'llah is not better than Joseph or John the Baptist.
