I'd suggest that you read the Kitab-i Aqdas, the Ishraqat, Tablets of Baha'u'llah Revealed after the Kitab-i-Aqdas, messages from Shoghi Efendin in Baha'i Administration and in World Order of Baha'u'llah, and reda them carefully, please.
