MANUFACTURING DEFECT/ POOR SERVICE
I purchased 180 cc Pulsar from S.K. Auto - Vashi, in 2002
>From the first day of purchase of my bike,there was a gear shifting
problem & a wiring issue in my bike, (MH 04 BJ 586)
I complaint to the dealer regarding the issue, they replied its a
manufacturing defect and it is in all bike of 180 CC pulsar. they
reffered to as a general issue and didnt get the matter solved neither
reffered by a tech.
from that day i am following up with the dealer but no solution is
given till date.
I also called to the area service incharge of BAJAJ AUTO Mr. Sharad
Chitale, (Akurdi ) plant, and Chakan Plant, but nothing happened
except that problem worsened up day by day.
Each time i give the bike for service, they just do some hotch potch
stuff and get it back to me saying that everything is alright. they
believe in replacing parts time and often, in fact the original issue
is not at all reffered to and solved.
there is no person from the Bajaj to resolve the issue and answer my
query.
Now a new issue has arisn, there is a dearth of spares @ the Sanpada
shop where the auth. service center ( SK Auto is situated).
I am ready to take the Bike to Pune to get it repaired and fixed
forever. I love my bike and i am repenting it of having a BAJAJ logo.
PLease Advice for a good mechanic !
