Generally these after market wheels are heavier than your current
metal rim which results in straining the engine and reduces
performance. In addition to this, quality is questionable and its
difficult to find a spare wheel if only one of them go bad.. Hence,
not advisable. However, if you like the design and form is more
important than function, you can go for them.
My recommendation would be to go for 18 inch alloys which comes with
some production motorcycle.
