I noticed a future?hearing docket (Case#10547) with the North Dakota Industrial
Commission to?extend the outline of an oil field to include sections.? This is
self explanatory.? In the same docket they ask "as a 1280-acre spacing units
within Zone II of the Big Butte-Bakken Pool and suck other relief as is
appropriate."

1. They ask for approval of the inclusion to an existing oil field.
2. They ask for 1280 spacing for that pool.
3. They ask for "such other relief as is appropriate."

Why do they ask for "relief as is appropriate?"

Is this for permit approval to begin drilling, or is there a second step to be
taken?

Thank you-
Waterbug
