Hi SBC, Should be some sort of verbiage in your lease as to timeframes before the have to start paying you - shut-in gas clauses should be on your lease as well -- as to how they actually price what is 'used' vs 'flared' vs 'sold', maybe someone else can add something in here? Where is Teegue these days? Did he leave us inmates running the asylum? Rufus
