lundlabs is correct that the majors have bigger fish to fry. For
example, BP and Exxon are bring on their Thunder Horse discovery in
the deepwater Gulf Of Mexico right now. It is to be ramped up to
250,000 BOPD in less than 1 year. All of North Dakota produced 150,000
BOPD last year.
