Communication definitely not their forte.  If they worked on this area  of 
their business, or if just one did, just think of what they would really

Welcome to  the group.  There is lots of knowledgeable people here who
are will to  help out.  Spend some time using the search tool.  You
might find  at least some of your questions have already been asked  and
answered.
